  4.    Please note:
  5.   That the agreement with Williams Entertainment was made between Panasonic Software Company and Matsushita Electric and Williams Entertainment Inc.
  6.   At this time the contents of the letter of intent remains confidential between these parties. Any information regarding the substance of their agreement or future titles should be addressed to either Williams or Panasonic for response. No other party has the right or the authority to infer which software titles may or may not be released by these companies, or the timing of such releases.
  7.   As soon as possible, either Panasonic or Williams will release further details.
  8.   There is not a date for ANY of the Williams titles as of yet. (except for Fun and Games which is on the shelves now...)
